Our Chefs at Tasik Ria work hard to infuse the best selections of Western and Indonesian cuisine. Their repertoire includes a delicious choice of global classics, from homemade burgers and pizzas to the more exotic local dishes of Fish Tinoransak and a good old-fashioned (and truly delicious!) Nasi Goreng.
Savour a choice of mouth-watering menus that embrace both East and West, served in the relaxed atmosphere of the Bunaken Restaurant, or the more al fresco Jetty Grill overlooking the sea and Manado Tua Island. Whether at the resort’s weekly BBQ, seafood night, Indonesian style buffet or A la carte evenings, the chefs are happy to discuss and advise on favourite menus and personal dishes for events such as birthdays, honeymoons or simply a private romantic dinner!
Breakfast is normally served at the Jetty Grill, setting the tone for the days’ diving. Choose from freshly cooked egg dishes, pancakes (our banana pancakes are famous among our guests), waffles, homemade breads & pastries and freshly made yoghurt, all complete with tea, coffee and fresh juice. Once you’ve fuelled up the dive team is there to welcome you straight onto the boats.
The Pool Bar serves tea and coffee, tropical drinks, cocktails, beers, wines, spirits and snacks all day long for those who decide to take it easy and relax by the large free form pool, whilst the Sunset Jetty Bar overlooks Manado Tua Island and offers panoramic sunset views; simply the perfect place to relax at the end of the day with that sundowner you have been promising yourself.
